In February each year, the Clean Energy Regulator publishes the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting datasets for the previous financial year.
The highlights below show key points of interest in the data including reported emissions by industry, and electricity sector emissions, which account for the majority of all reported emissions.
In addition to the data highlights from each of the reporting years, a closer look at emissions and energy data explores greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption and production data across industries, states and territories.
