National Greenhouse and Energy Register 2014-15

​​The National Greenhouse and Energy Register records all persons that have registered under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (NGER Act).

By 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator​ must publish the name of each person that was registered under the NGER Act during the previous reporting year.

The tables below are an extract of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register listing all registered persons (controlling corporations, R​eporting Transfer Certificate holders and liable entities under the abolished carbon pricing mechanism) that were registered under the NGER Act at some stage in the 2014-15 reporting year.

The following corporations held a Reporting Transfer Certificate for the 2014-15 reporting year. Note that some Reporting Transfer Certificate Holders are also controlling corporations and are listed on the table above.

Extract of National Greenhouse and Energy Register: Controlling corporations that were deregistered, and therefore NOT expected to report under the NGER Act for the 2014-15 reporting year

The following table lists those corporations who were registered under the NGER Act during the 2014-15 reporting year, but were deregistered without being required to submit a report for that year. This includes corporations that applied for deregistration on the basis that they were unlikely to meet thresholds, were registered controlling corporations that established that they no longer met the definition of a controlling corporation, were invalidly registered or ceased to exist.

Extract of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register: Persons that were liable entities under the abolished carbon pricing mechanism that were deregistered in the 2014-15 reporting year​

The following table lists those persons that were registered under section 18A of the NGER Act as liable entities for the purpose of the carbon pricing mechanism. The carbon pricing mechanism was abolished as of 1 July 2014. The liable entities listed below were deregistered and removed from the r​egister during 2014-15 reporting year. Note that liable entities were not required to submit a report under the NGER Act for the 2014-15 reporting year.
