National Greenhouse and Energy Register 2012-13

The National Greenhouse and Energy Register records all persons that have registered under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (NGER Act).

By 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator must publish the name of each person that was registered under the NGER Act during the previous reporting year.

The tables below are an extract of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register that lists all registered persons (controlling corporations, liable entities and Reporting Transfer Certificate holders) that were registered under the NGER Act for the 2012-13 reporting year.

This extract of the Register includes controlling corporations that did not meet a threshold under section 13 of the NGER Act in 2012-13. It also includes persons that were registered under the NGER Act as it was likely that they would be liable entities under the carbon pricing mechanism, but were not required to report in 2012-13 as they did not meet a liability threshold.

Extract of National Greenhouse and Energy Register: Persons that were deregistered, and therefore NOT expected to report under the NGER Act for the 2012-13 reporting year

The following table lists those persons who were registered under the NGER Act during the 2012-13 reporting year, but were deregistered without being required to submit a report for that year. This includes persons that applied for deregistration in relation to the 2012-13 reporting year on the basis that they were unlikely to meet thresholds, were registered controlling corporations that established that they no longer met the definition of a controlling corporation, were invalidly registered or ceased to exist.
