National Greenhouse and Energy Register 2011-12

The tables below are an extract of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register that lists all registered corporations (controlling corporations and RTC holders), that were registered and expected to report under the NGER Act for the 2011-12 reporting year. This extract of the Register includes corporations that did not meet a threshold under section 13 of the NGER Act in 2011-12.

Extracts of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register for 2012-13 onwards, will include liable entities that have been registered under the NGER Act.

Extract of National Greenhouse and Energy Register: Persons that were deregistered, and therefore NOT expected to report under the NGER Act for the 2011-12 reporting year

The following table lists those persons who were registered under the NGER Act during the 2011-12 reporting year, but were deregistered without being required to submit a report for that year. This includes persons that applied for deregistration in relation to the 2011-12 reporting year on the basis that they were unlikely to meet thresholds, and registered corporations that established that they no longer met the definition of a controlling corporation.
