What is changing

Client Portal Beta has changed its name to Online Services. It is the future front door for scheme participants that will eventually replace our existing Client Portal.

Online Services will run alongside the existing Client Portal during a migration process that will consolidate and modernise our online portals.

While we migrate, some actions – like creating an account, responding to notifications, or managing permissions – may require use of our existing Client Portal. For a list of the currently available services, see below.

Available services in Online Services

We will update this section over time as new services become available.

Services available:

Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme

Request and invoice for advanced payments
Give notice under a carbon abatement contract

Australian National Registry of Emissions Units

Open an Australian National Registry of Emissions Units (ANREU) account
Update the authorised representatives on an ANREU account

Renewable Energy Target

Provide inverter serial numbers

Safeguard Mechanism

Apply for a Production Adjusted Baseline determination
Apply for an emissions-intensity determination
Apply for a multi-year monitoring period
Report annual production at a Safeguard facility

For all other services you will be automatically redirected to Client Portal.

If you do not already have a Client Portal login, it is free and easy to sign up.
