Identified issues for 2018–19
The Clean Energy Regulator will use this page to inform reporters of any issues identified in the Emissions and Energy Reporting System (EERS) and provide advice on what actions reporters should take, including information on status of issue resolution.

The Clean Energy Regulator will update the identified issues on a regular basis.
If the proposed 'Recommended reporter action/s' is unsuitable or does not resolve your issue, please

NGER legislation changes for 2018–19 reporting
Measurement Determination
The
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (Measurement) Determination 2008 (Measurement Determination) has been updated for 2018–19 onwards. Amendments include:
- updated scope 2 emissions factors as per the table below, and
- wastewater (domestic and commercial) emissions are now only reportable by facilities whose primary activities are covered by ANZSIC code 192 - Water supply, sewerage and drainage services.

Department of the Environment and Energy publishes National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Technical Guidelines for past and current financial years are available on their website to assist stakeholders in understanding and applying the Measurement Determination.
