The National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (Measurement) Determination 2008 (Measurement Determination) has been amended for 2015–16 onwards. Amendments made by Schedule 2 to the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (Measurement) Amendment Determination 2014 (No. 1) (NGER Amendment) in regard to municipal waste come into effect from 1 July 2015 and apply for the 2015–16 reporting year.
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Technical Guidelines for each financial year will assist stakeholders in understanding and applying the Measurement Determination.
