Managing Units in the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units (ANREU)
This user guide provides information to assist clients to use the ANREU to:
- manage Australian carbon credit units earned under the Emissions Reduction Fund,
- manage their emissions units, including performing transactions, and
- understand their obligations under the
Clean Energy Act 2011, the
Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Act 2011 and the Australian National Registry of Emissions Units Regulations 2011, in relation to the management of emissions units from 1 July 2012.
