The National Greenhouse and Energy Register records all persons that have registered under the
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (NGER Act).
By 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator (CER) must publish the name of each person that was registered under the NGER Act during the previous reporting year.
The tables below are an extract of the National Greenhouse and Energy Register listing all registered persons (controlling corporations, Reporting Transfer Certificate holders and responsible emitters) that were registered under the NGER Act for the 2021-22 reporting year.

The following table lists those corporations that were registered under the NGER Act during the 2021-22 reporting year but were deregistered without being required to submit a report for that year. This includes corporations that applied for deregistration on the basis that they were unlikely to meet thresholds, were registered controlling corporations that established that they no longer met the definition of a controlling corporation, were invalidly registered or ceased to exist.
