The National Greenhouse and Energy Register records all persons that have registered under the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (NGER Act).

By 28 February each year the Clean Energy Regulator (the agency) must publish the name of each person that was registered under the NGER Act during the previous reporting year.
