The NGER uncertainty calculator helps assess and report uncertainty associated with scope 1 emissions. It can help you if you're using methods higher than method 1 to report fuels or energy sources. It can also help if you're required to calculate uncertainty using non-default values. 

The Emissions and Energy Reporting System (EERS) automatically calculates uncertainty associated with scope 1 emissions where you have used method 1.
