This 'Statutory declaration 1' must be completed by the owner of the system.
If you are you are installing a system with a capacity greater than 700 litres you are required by the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) to submit TWO statutory declarations to the Clean Energy Regulator prior to assigning or creating STCs. This 'Statutory declaration 1' must be completed by the owner of the system. The declaration is to confirm that you as the owner intend for the system to remain installed in its original configuration and location for the life of the system.
