I am pleased to submit the
Clean Energy Regulator Annual Report 2014–15 in accordance with subsection 40(1) of the
Clean Energy Regulator Act 2011 for presentation to the Parliament.
The report covers the operations of the Clean Energy Regulator for the financial year ended 30 June 2015. It was prepared in accordance with the
Requirements for Annual Reports for departments, executive agencies and other non-corporate Commonwealth entities (25 June 2015) approved by the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit.
The report includes the Clean Energy Regulator's audited financial statements as required by section 43 of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
In addition, I certify that the Clean Energy Regulator has prepared fraud risk assessments and fraud control plans, has in place appropriate fraud prevention, detection and reporting mechanisms that meet the agency's specific needs, and has taken all reasonable measures to appropriately deal with fraud relating to the agency.
