From 2017, the consultants also take into account the reduced deeming period under the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme.
The Clean Energy Regulator engaged two consultants to provide forward estimates of the number of small-scale technology certificates likely to be created during the 2017 binding year and the 2018 and 2019 non-binding calendar years.
