Under section 38C of the
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 and regulation 22E(2) of the
Renewable Energy (Electricity) Regulations 2001, the Clean Energy Regulator publishes the name of the prescribed person listed on an exemption certificate and the emissions-intensive trade-exposed activity that the exemption is for. These details are published on the Clean Energy Regulator website within 14 days of the partial exemption certificate being issued.
