Site maps for multiple small-scale installations

31 October 2016

Please supply a site map if there are more than two systems installed at the same address.

Send site maps via email using the accreditation code of the installed system(s) as your reference.

See an example site map of a property with multiple system installations.

If you have provided the Clean Energy Regulator a site map as proof of system installation, please put a note in the additional address information field when you create the certificates that states the date the email was sent and a number and/or description that matches the map that was sent.

Suggested details to include on the map are the:

  • accreditation code(s)
  • street number
  • street name
  • street type
  • town/suburb
  • state
  • postcode
  • first name
  • surname, and
  • serial/product numbers.

All maps submitted to the Clean Energy Regulator must have the exact location of each system drawn on the map. If maps are missing details such as tank serial numbers, product numbers, locations, address details or the owner's name, the Clean Energy Regulator may not be able to pass the certificates.

It may be helpful to contact the installer(s) of the systems and inform them of all the information they need to include on the maps they provide.

If you need assistance with site maps, please contact the Clean Energy Regulator.
