Welcome to the Clean Energy Regulator Client Portal
The
Client Portal is a secure entry point where clients can access online forms, systems and other information.
The Clean Energy Regulator is progressively moving paper forms online into the Client Portal to make it easier and faster for you to submit them.
The following forms are now available electronically through the Client Portal:
-
Emissions Reduction Fund - Complete the Emissions Reduction Fund project application, auction and reporting forms online. It is easy to do and will help speed up processing times.
-
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting - Register as a controlling corporation or a responsible emitter (safeguard mechanism) under the
National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007.
-
Renewable Energy Target
- Complete the application to include or modify models in the register of solar water heaters (CER-RET-010). Paper versions of this form are no longer accepted and all clients need to submit their applications online.

If you do not already have a
Client Portal login, it is free and easy to register. Before you sign up, please be aware of our
privacy policies that relate to your information, and familiarise yourself with how to
protect yourself online and be aware of scams.
We value your feedback and thoughts. You can contact the Clean Energy Regulator on 1300 553 542 or email
