If you have an identifier (client number) provided to you by the Clean Energy Regulator, you will only need to complete the application to open an ANREU account. You
do not need to complete the client information form as you have previously supplied us with the information that form requires.
If you have not been provided with an identifier (client number), you will need to complete both the application to open an ANREU account and the client information form.
Please note that proof of identity documents included in the application will not be returned. Applicants should only send in certified copies of documents
Note: Amendments to the
Privacy Act 1988 commence on 12 March 2014. The Clean Energy Regulator is in the process of updating this form to take account of those amendments and a revised form will be available shortly.
