The National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Audit Determination Handbook
The Clean Energy Regulator has published the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Audit Determination Handbook.
These guidelines are intended to provide additional information and support to users of the greenhouse and energy audit framework, as established in the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER) legislation.
The intended users of this handbook include:
- registered or potential greenhouse and energy auditors
- any person, association or firm seeking to provide training to prospective greenhouse and energy auditors
- entities seeking to engage a registered greenhouse and energy auditor
- investors and other users of NGER data, and
- government officials.
The handbook is a guide and is not intended to be a substitute for the NGER legislation.
