Section 199 (d) of the Clean Energy Act 2011 requires the Clean Energy Regulator to
publish the total number
of free carbon units issued to Coal Fired Generators with a particular vintage year issued in accordance with
Part 8 of the Act during the quarter, as soon as practicable at
the end of each quarter.
During the first quarter of 2012 (i.e. 1 July to 30 September 2012) the
Clean Energy Regulator has not issued any free carbon units in accordance with
Part 8 of the Clean Energy Act 2011.
During the second quarter of 2012 (i.e. 1 October to 31 December 2012) the Clean Energy Regulator has not issued any free carbon units in accordance with Part 8 of the Clean Energy Act 2011.
