The Emissions and Energy Reporting System (EERS) is now open for the 2018–19 reporting year, and can be accessed via the Client Portal. All National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting reporters can now submit emissions and energy reports under sections 19, 22G and 22X of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 (NGER Act).
All 2018–19 reports are due by midnight, Thursday 31 October 2019 (AEDT).

The Clean Energy Regulator has a range of tools to assist reporters meet their obligations under the NGER Act, including training videos and user guides, FAQs and guidance.
