On 13 November 2017 we held a webinar about Part B of the assurance engagement audit report.
This webinar was designed to help greenhouse and energy auditors better understand the Clean Energy Regulator’s expectations about the quality and level of information reported under Part B.
Cameron Mathie, from the Scheme Audit and Assurance team, explained how auditors should report their findings and procedures to ensure their report meets regulatory requirements. In his presentation, he particularly underlined the importance of being concise and thorough.
Based on webinar participants’ interaction and their feedback (thank you to the auditors who responded to the survey), we have included some additional information and examples in the Q&A you asked us to provide.
You can access the webinar presentation, recording and Q&A through the
audit information hub.
If you are having trouble meeting the requirements for Part B of the audit report, please email
