Qualification for the
fifth Emissions Reduction Fund auction closes
midnight Tuesday 7 March 2017 (AEDT).
To qualify for the 5–6 April auction, you must submit your
application for auction qualification to the Clean Energy Regulator for assessment before the closing date.
During this process, you will need to provide an indication of the total quantity of units you would agree to provide as part of a contract, should you be successful at the auction. You will also need to nominate the authorised bidders and authorised representatives who can act on your behalf for the auction and contract, respectively.
You can complete auction qualification through the
client portal on the Clean Energy Regulator website.
Applying for auction qualification does not oblige you to bid at auction.
For more information, see the
fifth auction guidelines and understanding contracts.
