Our agency’s expenditure on advertising was under the reportable threshold of $13 000.
Paragraph 11.1(ba) of the Legal Services Directions 2005 requires all non-corporate Commonwealth entities regulated by the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act) to publicly report their legal services expenditure. Table 11 provides a breakdown of our agency’s expenditure for 2016–17.
We do not administer grants programs.
