The Clean Energy Regulator 2016–17 Annual Report has been prepared in accordance with subsection 40(1) of the
Clean Energy Regulator Act 2011 for presentation to the Parliament. The report covers the operations of the Clean Energy Regulator for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 and was prepared for the purposes of section 46 of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 in accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014.
The report includes the Clean Energy Regulator’s audited financial statements as required by section 43 of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 and no significant issues were identified or reported to the Minister under paragraph 19(1)(e) of the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 in relation to non-compliance with the finance law in relation to the entity.
