Included within this were:

  • employee expenses of $40.679 million
  • supplier expenses of $38.752 million
  • depreciation and amortisation expenses of $13.030 million
  • and other expenses of $2.677 million.

Administered finances

Administered income

The Clean Energy Regulator recognised $5,067.612 million in administered revenue during 2012–13.

Included within this were:

  • carbon price revenue of $5,029.970 million
  • carbon price revenue shortfall charges and penalties of $17.434 million
  • renewable energy fees of $19.118 million
  • renewable energy shortfall charges and interest of $0.825 million
  • and other revenue of $0.265 million.

Administered expenses

The Clean Energy Regulator administered expenses in 2012–13 totalled $942.223 million.

Included within this were:

  • subsidies expense of $937.744 million
  • supplier expenses of $4.270 million
  • and other expenses of $0.209 million.
