The Australian National Audit Office completed an audit of the Clean Energy Regulator’s financial statements for 2011–12. The independent auditor’s report is presented in the financial statements section of this annual report.
During the reporting period, the Clean Energy Regulator was not subject to scrutiny by other external agencies, such as the courts, administrative tribunals, parliamentary committees or the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
