Information Publication Scheme

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (the FOI Act), Australian Government agencies are required to publish certain information on a website, known as the Information Publication Scheme (IPS).

The purpose of this website is to ensure the Clean Energy Regulator fulfils the requirements of the IPS by allowing you to search and access the information the agency is required to publish.
